What this covers

This policy covers the TradeSidecar website and the TSPilot Chrome extension. TradeSidecar is an independent third-party product.

Website

The landing page is a static site. We do not require an account to view it. If you email us, we receive the address and message you choose to send so we can respond. We do not sell that information.

Extension

TSPilot is designed to reuse the active platform page state and TradingView chart export already available in the supported page. It does not create a separate market-data connection, read your platform token, or send credentials to TradeSidecar. Preferences are stored locally by the browser.

Billing

Pro checkout is currently offline while the payment provider is being reviewed. No payment details are collected by this page. If billing is introduced, the selected provider's payment and privacy terms will be shown before checkout and this policy will be updated.

Retention and control

If accounts, subscriptions, analytics, or AI services are introduced, this policy will describe the data, purpose, retention, and controls before those services are enabled.
