Is TradeSidecar a trading platform?+
No. TradeSidecar is an enhancement layer designed to work beside supported trading platforms rather than replace your broker or platform.
Does TradeSidecar place trades automatically?+
TradeSidecar is designed to keep you in control. Any optional assistance must be explicitly enabled and depends on the supported platform and current page state.
Does the AI provide trading signals?+
The planned AI layer is for structured context: analyze, explain, summarize and highlight. It is not a guaranteed signal service or a promise of future market direction.
Which platforms are supported?+
TopstepX is the current platform for the TSPilot Chrome extension. Additional integrations will be listed only when formally supported.
Is TradeSidecar affiliated with Topstep or Tradovate?+
No. TradeSidecar is an independent third-party product and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Topstep, TopstepX, Tradovate or their respective owners.
What does the extension read from my platform?+
The current extension reuses the active chart and page state already available in the supported platform. It does not create a separate market-data connection or read your platform token.
